Vivekananda Yoga University (VaYU) is dedicated to advancing Yoga through education, research, and clinical application.VaYU brings together world-renowned scholars, clinicians, and researchers working at the intersection of Yoga philosophy, therapy, neuroscience, and integrative medicine. Through initiatives such as this conference, VaYU continues its mission to bridge ancient wisdom and modern science for universal health.
VaYU is a California‑licensed, 501(c)(3) nonprofit graduate research and teaching university offering online graduate programs in Yoga. Since launching the MS in 2020 and the PhD in 2023, VaYU has welcomed students from 5 continents and 8 countries. VaYU holds Candidacy Accreditation through July 2030 from the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) – one of the six regional accreditors recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. The MS (Yoga) is accredited by the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT).
